 Shayamoya Tiger Fishing and Game Lodge
A truly unique lodge where the view from the spectacular setting is particularly breathtaking as you gaze out onto Lake Jozini, the Lebombo Mountains and the Pongola Game Reserves. Privately owned by Brian and Denise Blevin who have lived in the area for many years and managed by their daughter, Lindy, Shayamoya exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere. There is tiger fishing, game drives, boat cruises up the Pongola River or into Lake Jozini, walking trails, and if you bring your own bikes, mountain biking across the trails leading onto the Lodge’s reserve. The indigenous gardens are beautiful and attract an array of birds which total over 360 species in the area. Let our enthusiastic guides inspire you!
Chalets
There are 10 chalets which are appointed with stylish elegance. You can relax on your private deck and observe the curious behaviour of the scarlet-breasted sunbird or have a visit from our resident Spotted Eagle Owl, Nandi.
The thatched chalets are built of local wood and stone and blend deliciously into their wild surrounding, each with a stunning view.

 Tamboti Ridge - Bed and Breakfast
Tamboti Ridge Cottage is situated in a lovely sub-tropical garden with a breathtaking view up the Pongola River. It is ideally located 1km off the N2 Highway between Pongola and Mkuze at the T-junction to Golela.
Tamboti Ridge Ranch is an established sugar and game farm owned by your hosts, Brian and Denise Blevin, proprietors too of Shayamoya Game Lodge. It is an ideal stop over point when traveling between Johannesburg, Kruger Park or Swaziland and the Zululand Resorts such as Sodwana Bay, Kosi bay, St.Lucia and Hluhluwe and Mfolozi Reserves or Southern Mozambique Resorts such as Ponto Du Ouro.
